I love Montauk. Maybe its something about being at the end of the island -  the whole place has a certain feel of nostalgia. Also I like it that it doesn't have any chain shops (i.e.starbucks etc.). 

Check out Montauk in the off season too, super amazing!

Because its finally sunny in NYC and circa 1960's Alain Delon is so sexy.  I watched this film with my dad when I was a kid in Japan on t.v. Every sunday was classic movie night.  Even as a elementary school kid I knew this film was cool and immediately fell in love with Alain Delon.

BEAVIS AND BUTTHEAD - THE RETURN

Because its friday and I like the CORNHOLIO! They return to MTV in June, can't stop watching.... I think I need to go read a book soon or else my brain will shut down. On a different note are the bible bangers going to have a party for the rapture since its the beginning of the end. Like easter and christmas but sans the presents and food but with blood and fire?

John Wayne Gacy aka Killer Clown, aka Pogo the Clown - serial killer. He had raped and murdered 33 boys/men between 1972 - 1978 and hid the bodies in and around his home. He was later caught and executed. The paintings were completed during his incarceration and is for sale at the ARTS FACTORY gallery in Las Vegas. The proceeds will go to a non profit organization. As of now, many non profit organizations have declined to be part of this charity event. The works start at about $4000 -$4500.

Enjoy some vino de Luchador and watch some classic Mexican mil mascara lucha film. I lost my Misterio tee shirt that I bought in Tijuana...SAD!!! Japanese pro wrestlers are coming to the NYC area - more on this later. I followed JP wrestling as a kid with my grandmother who was a HUGE fan of Antonio Inoki. As a grown up I follow UFC and MMA with my dad - yes, I am a fan of the octagon.

SHQ LES NYC

These stickers were tucked away in a box and i totally forgot about them. My sister and I had  a boutique/gallery in the Lower East Side of NYC called SugarHead Quarters from 2004 until 2009. It was a hangout , chill spot, gallery and much more....GOOD times!!! For those of you who came by (some of you came by almost everyday- hahaha, we loved seeing you!)  or shopped at SHQ know what I'm talking about. When the weather gets warm I start missing the BENCH, where we would have a piragua and wait for the pastillio(not sure how to spell) man to roll by...

If this song was out when we had SHQ , NO SLEEP def would have been on rotation for the summer, mixed in with lots of old school reggae picks from  Atchan aka DJ Selector Arts!!
