This adorable guy was shot by Bruce Webber at a Martin Luther King Jr. celebration, many years ago.  You can really feel the moment and emotions from all of Webber's beautiful portrait work. I wish I had gone to see his Haiti/Little Haiti exhibition in Miami. I also like him because, as everyone knows, he is a MAJOR dog guy!!!!! Happy Friday.

This bar is owned by my yoga friend's fam. They make some of the best cocktails in the business. The Irish coffee is not to be missed. They also own PAIN KILLER a Tiki bar ,
which is in the L.E.S. Serving some of the best fresh fruit tropical umbrella drinks.
The Mai Tais are no joke, all hand crafted...delicious and dangerous.

I always like to check out what these Brits are up to every season. Notable alumni from this fashion university include Hussein Chalayan, Hamish Bowles, and Galliano  just to name a few. This is from 2011 RTW, its quite a mix of flavors.

I recently did some translation work for Vice on this band. Check it out. They are kind of awesome. They craft their own costumes and sometimes they will squirt you with kahlua milk from rubber boobies. Good times!

BANK ROBBER

Starting the day off right with THE CLASH. The bank robber on the news made me crave this song, I think he hit 9 banks in Brooklyn. This song goes nicely with the beautiful day we are having in NYC.

WEIRD AND CREEPY

My parents saw this on the chinese news last night! The chinese has a long history of training birds and bugs for tricks but goldfish is just super bizarre. I am really creeped out by this...I am not a gold fish person to begin with!! This guys dad is a famous magician in China. This was for a New Years special.

They were created by Malcom Mclaren and Vivienne Westwood to promote their clothing line.
Performing their first single live in early 80's. Check out the print on the dancer's tee shirt dress, classic Westwood print. She still uses that textile print on a bunch of stuff. I love their sound....tribal new wave!! Annabella rocks! The song is about cassettes and home recordings.
